FBC Women’s ministry exist to give God glory by leading women to embrace their identity in Jesus Christ and enjoy satisfaction in him.
We are committed to studying the Word, prayer, and serving others.
Here are a few ways we do this:
Deaconesses
The Deaconesses are womens’s ministry leaders that are committed to meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the church body.We do this through fellowships, baby showers, potlucks, meals, cards, counseling, women’s bible study and various ladies retreats.

Titus 2 Ministry
Purpose: The purpose of the FBC Titus 2 Ministry is to support the discipleship ministry of the church by helping women establish covenant relationships with godly women who will encourage and equip them to live for God’s glory.
Goals:

For women to be equipped to apply the principles of biblical womanhood to all of life.

For women to be equipped to spiritually mother other women and to show and tell the next generation the biblical principles of womanhood.

For some women to become Titus 2 group leaders.

For all participants to be strengthened in their love for and service to the church.
We currently have five Titus 2 groups in the South Shore that meet once a month. For more info on how to join a group please contact amandayjones@comcast.net

Moms-In-Touch
MIT is a group where mothers have an opportunity to fellowship together, study the Bible and encourage one another. We are currently studying Ten Ways to Love your Children by Elizabeth George.
MIT meets the first & third Tuesday mornings from 9:15-11:00 a.m @ Ruthie Fletcher’s home.
